Learn defense against a kick to the groin. For passive stance, preferably with one leg forward, raise your knee diagonally forward. The front of the shin will meet and deflect the attacking leg. Start with the leg ad raise your hands to a ready position. Defending, you move diagonally forward, counter attack with the hands as soon as possible. In a non-symmetrical stance, only the forward leg is making this technique. Whether the attacker is kicking with his back or front leg, left or right doesn’t matter. You defend and counter attack the same way.
