Release from a choke from the side on the ground. Try to do the technique before hitting the ground. Blocking action with one hand while the other hand is strongly pushing to the hollow between the collar bones. Sometimes it is possible to strike with this hand. As soon as possible, raise two knees, the closer one pushes the opponent across the chest. Opponent at distance, kick the vulnerable points. Then get up and continue as needed. More attacks, or move away from danger zone.
