‘welcome’. We are now in the practitioner level four curriculum. Here, we are continuing our progress, so we are learning more defenses against different types of strikes in specific conditions. We are dealing with chokes in pushing or pulling. We are dealing with bear hugs, what happens if somebody grabs you with a bear hug in different angles and different situations, hands in, arms caught or not caught. Also here in this level, we start to deal with stick attacks, how to defend against overhand and horizontal strikes, baseball swing, et cetera. So train well, keep safe, and all the best.
