Four-Against-One Drill.
Here, the attacker … Actually first is one attacker is attacking with a kick over the punch in a combination one after the other. Attacker with his own internal clock should attack two strikes, and then, pause for about two seconds. Then attack again, one or two attacks, and pause again.
Here, we are dealing with straight attacks, straight punch, straight kick, regular kick towards the groin area, towards the [inaudible 00:00:46]. After 15 seconds more or less, second attacker goes in. After 30 seconds more, the third goes in. After 45 seconds more, the fourth goes in, and the whole round finishes after three minutes.
Here, you could see the defender moving correctly towards the outside, towards the dead side of an attacker, avoiding going between attackers. Try not to turn your back to any attacker, using hand defenses, using body defenses, using leg defenses, meaning using the active defenses and the dynamic defenses.
Counter-attack as soon as possible. You can do even preemptive attacks. Move correctly so you’ll have all the attackers more or less in a funnel in front of you. Don’t let attackers reach behind you.
Notes: For adults, this subject may be considered to be tested in full at higher levels (until G1).
