Shalom, everyone. Welcome to the Practitioner Level 5 curriculum. Here we are progressing much more in the line of becoming a fighter. Meaning, being able to solve problems. Not to stop, not to pause, to be able to continue. To prevent the danger, even when the danger changes or something happens. The returning attacker now subject is supposed to be very, very embedded in you.
And now of course there is more curriculum, more techniques, more training methods, more subjects that we are covering. We are getting better, we’re defending knife threats with the grabs, different grabs on the ground, different type of chokes. And we continue how to defend better against different strikes, different kicks, high kicks. How to deal with hair grabs. Some of us do not have hair, some do. So what to do if somebody is grabbing your hair, pulling you down, pulling you towards a punch, towards a knee kick.
So we are progressing. Train well, keep on paying attention to what you are being taught. In the training place, with the MaxKravMaga. Be safe, all the best.
