Shalom, guys. Welcome to the practitioner level three. In this curriculum we are focusing much more on dealing with kicks using the hand defenses. We are focusing also against releases. We are dealing with headlocks from the different directions, and much more. So I wish you the best of luck and safe training, and we’ll see you in the practitioner level three.

D. Hand Defenses Against Regular (Front) Kicks
Notes: Advanced training includes defending against a front kick and a follow-on straight strike; Techniques #1.1 and #2 combined together are effectively against a kick of unknown height.
