Here with the four against one drill we are demonstrating one, two, three and four attackers as usual attacking the defender. One attack every two seconds. The attack is a grab, a wrist grab. It can be from the side, from the front, one hand grabbing one hand, two hands grabbing two hands or two hands grabbing one hand. One should be making the different releases, the relevant releases, naturally to do the techniques as good and as clean as possible. Try to work on your decision making process to dig out the best technique at the earliest moment with the best decision. As soon as possible treat as many as possible of the attackers. Here we see some sort of static model of a drill and naturally also a drill where the defender is moving much more. In this drill specifically one should more or less allow the attackers to get a hold of him. However one should not let the attackers get a very strong hold, then the release may be too difficult.
A. Strikes
B. Kicks
C. Outside "Stabbing" Defenses(from relevant stances, ready or passive)
D. Hand Defenses Against Regular (Front) Kicks
Notes: Advanced training includes defending against a front kick and a follow-on straight strike; Techniques #1.1 and #2 combined together are effectively against a kick of unknown height.

Note: For adults, this subject may be tested in full at higher levels (until G1).
H. Escaping Side Headlocks on the Ground
I. Common Knife Holds and Uses (recognition and basic practice)
J. General Kick Defenses - Against All 4 Knife Attacks/Holds; Attacker Charging
Note: Attacker starts from a long-range position (over 2 meters).
