Against the Full Nelson grab, the preventive measures. The moment you feel the opponent inserting his arms, bend forward and tighten your arms to your sides. With the diagonal palm, grab one or two fingers of the opponent. Make the lock and strike with the elbow. After the first strike, continue with striking as needed. Circle and step to the outside and get away from the grab.

Release from a Full Nelson grab, scraping the fingers. The attacker managed to grab you. Start by hitting backwards with your palms. If you hit his eyes it will be definitely an advantage. Cross your hands over the opponent’s palms, partly overlap your own fingers. Feel the opponent’s grip. Dig for a finger or two, make a lock and pull the palm away.
