First we bring two inside defenses against a combination of straight left-right punches. In the first defense you have lesson for body defense. Defend, defend, and respond with the earliest counterattack. Two hand defenses, again, straight punches with a bit of a retreat and counterattack with kicks. Inside and outer defenses with the same hand against left-right combination. Against two straight punches you defend first with a inside defense against the first punch, and then an outside stabbing defense, number one, against the right punch. Both defenses are being executed diagonally forward, especially the stabbing defense against the right punch should be executed with the best timing and close to the origin of the attack.
Notes: For adults, this subject may be considered to be tested in full at higher levels (until G1).
