In order to be able to evaluate and deal with a confrontation, with a situation, you have to have first of all the knowledge and the experience and naturally, the awareness and the concentration, so you can receive the data. You can process what is happening and you can make the correct decision to deal with the problem.
If you’ve got the ability not to fight, not to get into the confrontation physically, great. Meaning, try to avoid, try to escape, try to de-escalate, trying to prevent the problem. If you cannot do that, if you could not prevent, if you will have to go into the confrontation, then better equip yourself with something. Equip yourself with any type of object, and we are dividing common objects into different types of families and different ways of using them. So, try to equip yourself with something. If you can do that, great, because this will enhance your ability for self-protection, self-defense, protecting others and even fighting.
If you did not manage to get the object, you couldn’t find one, what is there for us to do? Of course, you will have to do, to use your body, hands, legs, head to think and maybe to also to give a head butt. After you solve the immediate problem, then continue to the next phase. Sometimes you have to run away, move away from danger zone. Sometimes you can equip yourself with something to deal with the next problem. Sometimes you will have to go and assist somebody.
So anyhow, you will have to solve the problem and the other problems. Don’t freeze there. Don’t stay there. Continue and do what you need to do.
