To enable an effective defense against punches of different heights, one can use the forearm defense. Move the forearm diagonally forward, the elbow we send inward. Rotation of the palm to deflect with the bony section of the forearm. Then from a semi-passive stance, it is symmetrical. The left can defend against the right and the right can defend against the left. As you recoil from the defense, counter-attack in one and a half rhythm. Frontal view dry drill, you can see the elbow moves forward, you can see the rotation of the forearm. The body defense done diagonally forward and the counter-attack as soon as possible.
